Cultured Code teases some upcoming changes for Things on Mac and iPhone. The most interesting tidbits:
Push Notifications are two iPhone releases away
They state that OTA (over-the-air) sync is coming but will not require a MobileMe account or WebDAV hosting
Put those two together, and it sounds like some kind of Cultured-Code-hosted sync is on the way.

When I first started using Dropbox, one of the most impressive features was the ability to share a folder. However, because Dropbox would create the shared folder in the main folder, things got clogged up pretty quickly.
The solution: create a “Shared” folder in the main folder, then click and drag all of the shared folders into it. Dropbox will automatically sync the folders so...
