Dream job? I’m not sure. As much as I love Apple, I’ve had about as much as I can stand working for a larger organization. Sometimes a company can overcome the politics, red tape and inefficiencies that plague the North American work force and consistently produce good work. Apple has done this.

But even Apple struggles with these issues, and size is the major contributor. I’d much rather work for myself or collaborate with a small team and build something fun and useful.
