I was slightly worried at the beginning of Rands’ latest article—it sounded like he was going to advise against remote workers. Not cool for a guy living in the far north with a lack of cool Internet companies to work for locally.
In the end, he does not advise against remote workers, but rather hits the nail in the head once again by illustrating exactly why remote working needs to be done right. A good message for our day and age.
